About Us

OUR MISSION Sunrise Soccer Elite Boys Program is embarking on a truly exciting journey. The primary focus of our club is the development of a premier youth soccer program where the emphasis is on individual player development as well as building solid and competitive teams.
Sunrise Soccer Elite believes in instilling our players with good work ethic, strong technical and tactical skills, belief in teamwork, sportsmanship and an abiding commitment to always giving your best. We strive to provide an environment that will both inspire and encourage players to seek success on and off the field. Our players are our passion, their success is our goal!		The Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup kicked off April 1st, with the anticipated stellar field of 180 teams, from 19 international countries and 22 US states. Florida’s Sunrise Elite 97/98 team were crowned "Champions" in the U14 division, by beating arsenal FC US Academy (CA). This was an east coast vs. west coast battle, but it was Sunrise lite who dominated the game and won 1-0. Led by coach Jorge "pitu" Alvarez, Sunrise Elite proved they were the "team-to-beat" throughout the week long Cup, with victories over several presitgious clubs in bracket round; TSF Academy (NJ) 3-1, CFI Guadalajara (MX) 5-1, South Bay Gunners (CA) 4-0, and playoffs; Houstonians SC (TX) 5-0 and Club Universidad Nacional (MX) 2-1.
OUR COACH DIRECTOR
Widely-recognized and well-established as one of the most respected trainers in South Florida, Pitu brings an array of experience to Sunrise Soccer which will be of great benefit to players and fellow trainers. Pitu has an extensive amount of experience including 8 years as a professional player in Argentina, Guatemala, Costa Rica and the United States along with an impressive history of developing numerous players who are now competing professionally at the National and International level. Pitu's commitment to excellence, hard-work and his mastery of fundamental skills & techniques is matched by his deep passion for the game of soccer and his desire to see each player achieve and exceed their full potential.

U14: Early goal leads Sunrise Elite to Dallas Cup championship Sunrise Elite had plenty of scoring opportunities but only needed one to take home the U14 Dallas Cup championship Saturday. Emmanuel Perez kicked off scoring in the 10th minute for Sunrise Elite. Perez ripped a free kick from just outside the box that soared over the keeper to take a 1-0 lead. Head coach Pitu Alvarez said Perez was the guy he had in mind the whole time. "I just told him to take a hard shot toward the front of the goal, and it worked out," Alvarez said. It was Alvarez's first Dallas Cup championship. Arsenal FC never really threatened, but clamped down on defense to keep the match close
